Director / Licensed Surveyor / Major Land Division & Infrastructure Project Manager
Passionate about the surveying industry, Michael has mentored many surveyors to become licensed, along with driving major projects and subdivisions across the state, building relationships with developers, some spanning 20-30 years. A long-term member of the Surveyor’s Board of South Australia (currently holding the position of Chairman), Michael has a passion for building the profile of the surveying profession through collaboration with industry and government.
Sue Liebelt
Managing Director
Retired Licensed Surveyor and business owner for 30 years, Sue supports the Mosel team to create better Rural and Urban Communities and to live the Mosel values. Hands on with overseeing work flows and ensuring resources are available to deliver on client expectations, Sue has a passion for processes and ensuring the team enjoy a work-life balance.
David Jericho
Senior Licensed Surveyor
A Licensed Surveyor since 1993, David offers a diverse range of experience across all aspects of land surveying. He has worked with Mosels for over 20 years, accumulating a wealth of local knowledge. David has had significant involvement in large-scale control surveys throughout his career, and is also highly experienced in boundary and engineering surveying. David is dedicated to building strong relationships with clients, brings a wealth of planning and development knowledge, and is passionate about training and sharing his knowledge with the Mosel team.
Jesse Evans
Senior Licensed Surveyor / Road Projects Manager
As an experienced senior Licensed Surveyor working with Mosels for over 15 years, Jesse has a strong knowledge of planning issues relating to subdivision, and supports Local Government with their Road Closure projects across the state. Jesse enjoys working on construction projects, utilising his diverse skill set. He is committed to training and supervising other team members to reflect his high standards and thoroughness.
Jesse Phillips

Surveyor
Jesse is a Murraylands local and brings over 17 years of surveying experience to the region. Specialising in civil construction, and rural and urban land divisions, Jesse is familiar with all aspects of regionally based surveying. Jesse oversees and supports the firm’s drone program, with a focus on hands on training and supervision of the Murray Bridge based team of surveyors and drafters, whilst building strong local relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Lauren Evans
Project Coordinator
As Project Co-ordinator, Lauren leads the Mosel administration team who are integral with client communication and driving the mechanics of client projects through to fruition. With over 15 years’ experience, Lauren has a deep understanding of various projects undertaken by Mosels, allowing her to also manage the firm’s estimating and support the major project workflows. Committed to a high standard of service and delivery, Lauren truly supports the firm’s value of delivering on excellence.
