Mosel Surveyors were site surveyors for the $45m redevelopment of the Bridgeport Hotel, for the entirety of the construction phase.
An outer boundary survey was undertaken as one of the first phases of the project, prior to commencing any set out on site. Given the tight tolerances of the project and structures built to boundary this was critical in ensuring no encroachments were created.
The project involved the demolition of the existing structure, and construction of a new state of the art, 7 storey building including basement. Our team of experienced surveyors were responsible for setting out piles and footings for the basement structure, set out for insitu concrete, block and precast walls, setout of all vertical and horizontal in slab columns all the way through to the final steel structures on the rooftop.
Mosel Surveyors are proud to have been involved in the construction of such an iconic building for Murray Bridge & the Murray River landscape.
